Stacy Shank starred as the Bulldogs’ setter and earned All-American honors in the AIAW in 1981.  She played on four teams that qualified for the AIAW-II National Championship Tournament.  With Shank as the setter, they set the school records for most wins in a season (57), best winning-percentage (.905), and most consecutive wins (42).  Shank and the Bulldogs won the Southwest Regional title four times and produced a four-year record of 179-43.
