Lief Larson was a two-time All-American First Team selection at offensive tackle, earning his All-America citations for the 1982 and 1983 seasons.  Larson was a driving force on the 1983 Bulldog team that went 7-3 overall and finished the year ranked No. 15 in the NAIA.  Larson is also the only two-time winner of the Capt. Thomas E. Eddy Award which is given annually to an outstanding TLU football player who displays uncommon leadership and excellence on the field and in the classroom.
