SEGUIN, Texas -- The Texas Lutheran volleyball program and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced the 2026 schedule on Monday. The Bulldogs will play 25 regular season matches - 13 against SCAC opponents and 12 against non-conference foes. The Bulldogs will have ten matches at home at Memorial Gymnasium, matching the 2022 SCAC Championship season for the most home matches this decade.
The Bulldogs early season road tour begins in Belton for the UMHB Tournament on Sept. 3-4. TLU will Mary Hardin-Baylor, Alverno College, and Carroll University at the tournament.
After traveling to Kerrville to face former conference foe, Schreiner, Texas Lutheran heads to Georgetown for the SU Invitational. The Bulldogs will play three matches Sept. 11-12 against Hardin-Simmons, George Fox, and Linfield.
The Bulldogs start their home slate on Sept. 17 against UMHB. The Bulldogs will return to Georgetown to face Southwestern on Sept. 22 for their final tune-up before SCAC play begins.
TLU opens SCAC play at home against last year's SCAC Champion, the #RV Colorado College Tigers, and Dallas on Sept. 26. The Bulldogs will welcome Hendrix (Oct. 2) and Ozarks (AR) (Oct. 3) to Memorial Gymnasium the following weekend.
After traveling to Houston to face St. Thomas on Oct. 9, TLU returns home for four straight home matches starting on Oct. 10 against Concordia (TX). For the first time since 2019, the Bulldogs will host a tournament of their own at Memorial Gymnasium as they welcome Schreiner, Howard Payne, and Dickinson College to Seguin Oct. 16-17 to end non-conference play.
TLU then plays its next five on the road facing LeTourneau, Centenary, and Austin College in Sherman Oct. 23-24 before traveling to Dallas (Oct. 30) and Colorado College (Nov. 1).
The regular season concludes with a home match against St. Thomas (Nov. 6) and a road match against Concordia (TX) (Nov. 8).
The SCAC Tournament will be held at Solheim Arena on the campus of LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, from Nov. 13-14.
