SEGUIN, Texas -- Lauren Sansano (San Antonio/FEAST) continues to impress as she joins her teammates Sarahi Jones (Los Fresnos/Los Fresnos) and Davi'Yanna Jones (San Antonio/Stevens) as a two-time Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Offensive Player of the Week honoree this season, as announced by the conference on Monday.

Sansano averaged 19.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game in #RV TLU's contests at Schreiner and McMurry this weekend. She connected at a 48 percent clip from the field (12-of-25) and knocked 33 percent of her three-point attempts (2-for-6).

The San Antonio native scored 18 points on 6-of-12 shooting in the Bulldogs 81-54 win over Schreiner on Friday that secured TLU's spot in the 2026 SCAC Tournament. Sansano scored 11 of her 18 points in the first half while adding eight rebounds and three steals on the night.

She led all scorers with 21 points on Sunday as the Bulldogs locked in the number two seed in the SCAC Tournament with their 72-64 win over the War Hawks.

Sansano has scored 20 or more points six times this season and has finished in double figures in 19 of the Bulldogs 25 games this season.

The senior is fourth overall and second amongst guards in scoring average in league play at 16.1 points per game. Sansano is averaging a career-high 14.4 points per game for the year along with five rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 2.2 steals per game.

TLU (18-7,13-3 SCAC) and Sansano return to the court on Friday opposite University of the Ozarks (AR) at Grove Gymnasium for the first round of the 2026 SCAC Tournament.
