LA CROSSE, WI -- Texas Lutheran high jumper Parker Cabra (Schertz/Randolph), sprinter Braylen Brown (San Antonio/Randolph), along with the men's 4x100-meter relay team, earned second team All-America honors at the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Veteran's Memorial Field Sports Complex on the campus of University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin on Friday.

Cabra earned his first career All-America honor Friday morning after placing 15^th in the high jump. Cabra cleared heights of 1.98m (6'6") and 2.03m (6'8") but could not clear the height of 2.06m (6'9"). Cabra joins former Bulldog Gerrit Twitero as the only Bulldogs to earn All-America honors in the high jump in program history.

Brown became a two-time second team honoree after placing 13^th in the men's 400m dash with a time of 47.54 seconds. The 13^th place finish is Brown's best finish at the NCAA Championships after a 16^th place finish as a freshman last year. This Brown's second second team All-America honor of the weekend after earning the second team All-America honors in the 4x400m relay alongside Caden Keller (McAllen/McAllen), Eden Perez (Hebbronville/Hebbronville), and Gavino Ramirez (Alice/Alice).

The men's 4x100m relay team of Rickey Franks (Rockport/Rockport-Fulton), Perez, Tavion Parrish (Kyle/Johnson), and Hezekiah McDow (Goliad/Weiss) earned second-team All-America status with a 40.79 second finish. Returning to the NCAA Championships after missing last season, the relay team missed out on the finals by .05 seconds - finishing as the first team out in tenth place.

Amir McClain (Converse/Veterans Memorial) will be the final competitor of the week for TLU as he will represent the Bulldogs in the triple jump final at 11 AM on Saturday.
