An RBI single from

Aiden Spires (Fort Worth/Arlington Heights) doubled the Bulldogs lead in the fourth with an RBI single of his own.
Barrera drove in another run in the sixth with another RBI single.
A leadoff single and a pair of errors loaded the bases in the seventh for a two-RBI single from
Kadyn Hall (La Grange/La Grange). Following a bunt single from
Cooper Jen (Kyle/Hays) to reload the bases,
Aiden Spires capped off the eight-run outburst with a bases clearing double. The four RBI performance is a career-high for Spires.
After McGowan departed, right-handers
