Seven Bulldogs Earn USTFCCCA All-Region Honors

NEW ORLEANS, LA -- Seven Bulldogs: Braylen Brown (San Antonio/Randolph), Parker Cabra (Schertz/Randolph), Garrett Haass (La Vernia/La Vernia), Caden Keller (McAllen/McAllen), Amir McClain (Converse/Veterans Memorial), Eden Perez (Hebbronville/Hebbronville), and Gavino Ramirez (Alice/Alice) secured All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA for their incredible indoor seasons. All-Region honors for the 2026 NCAA Division-III Outdoor Track & Field season were announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the conclusion of the regular season.

The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.

Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.

Braylen Brown repeated as an All-Region honoree in the 400m dash with his TLU record breaking time of 48.57 seconds at the Jarvis Scott Open, ranking second in the West Region. Brown also joined, Caden Keller, Eden Perez, and Gavino Ramirez on the All-Region 4x400m relay team that turned in the third fastest time in the region with a program record breaking time of 3:16.52. The All-Region honors are firsts for Keller, Perez, and Ramirez.

Parker Cabra earns All-Region honors for the third straight season, repeating as an All-Region high jumper with a mark of 1.95m (6' 4.75") which ranked third in the West region. Garrett Haass also repeated as an All-Region honoree in the 60m hurdles, finishing the indoor season with a season-best time of 8.36 seconds, ranking sixth in the West.

Amir McClain was recognized for his performance in the triple jump (14.00m/45' 11.25"). McClain ranked third in the region in the triple jump with his program record setting mark.
