IRVING, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's golf wrapped the 2026 Crusader Cup at Hackberry Creek CC in Irving on Tuesday.

Sophomore Belle Asbury (San Antonio/Davenport) paced the Bulldogs with a second round score of 19-over (91), to finish in fifth place. The top five finish is her fourth in five tournaments during the 2025-26 season.

Jordyn Ponewash (Flatonia/Flatonia) moved up one spot on Tuesday to tie for 35th at 53-over par while Lillian Niemeyer (Conroe/Conroe) finished 37th one stroke behind at 54-over. Shayla Hunyh (Detroit, MI/Steele) finished 43rd at 76-over.

As a team, Texas Lutheran finished in seventh place with a score of 209-over (785). Our Lady of the Lake won the tournament with a score of 111-over 687.
