Texas Lutheran Acrobatics & Tumbling preview: NCATA Division-III Tournament Championships
Following a record-setting regular season, Texas Lutheran will compete in the 2025 NCATA Division-III Championships starting with a first round matchup against Calvin University. This will be a first-time ever matchup between the two teams. After being the five seed a year ago in their first season competing at the Division-III Championships, the Bulldogs enter the Tournament as the number two seed and will face the seventh-seeded Knights on Thursday.

SEGUIN, Texas -- After a regular season that saw the Bulldogs win a program-best four meets, Texas Lutheran Acrobatics & Tumbling is in pursuit of their next program milestone: a Division-III national championship.
The 2025 season has seen the Bulldogs raise the bar in year three of the program, as the Bulldogs won their first tri-meet and earned their first ranked win over Hawaii Pacific on March 5. The Bulldogs have averaged over 220 points for the season, never dropping below the number after their season opening win over East Texas Baptist that saw them finish with a score of 212.700.
Texas Lutheran opens the tournament with the Calvin University Knights. The winner of the meet will meet the winner of the meet between third-seed Concordia-Wisconsin and six-seed and tournament host, Buffalo State, in the second round on Friday, April 11, at 11:45 AM CST.
Event finals qualifiers will not be announced until after day one of competition on Thursday. The event finals will take place on Saturday.
