NEW ORLEANS, LA -- Four Bulldogs: Ciarah Garcia (Pleasanton/Pleasanton), Katie Kostelnik (Hallettsville/Sacred Heart Catholic), Hazel Bowman (Killeen/Robert M. Shoemaker), and Mikayla Kidney (San Antonio/SA Patriots) all secured All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA for their incredible indoor seasons. All-Region honors for the 2026 NCAA Division-III Indoor Track & Field season were announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the conclusion of the regular season.
The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.
Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.
The All-Region honors are a first for all four Bulldogs. The Bulldogs quartet earned the honor for their performance in the 4x400m relay, clocking a time of 4:03.77 at the Jarvis Scott Open. The time was the fourth fastest in the West Region.
Ciarah Garcia was a double All-Region honoree, also earning the honors in the 400m dash with a time 59.88 seconds that also came at the Jarvis Scott Open.
