ABILENE, Texas -- The Texas Lutheran women's tennis team opened up at the 2025 ITA Southwest Regional Championships with four singles matches in the A Draw on Thursday at the Streich Tennis Center on the campus of Hardin-Simmons University.
Texas Lutheran dropped all four of their singles matches on Thursday. Both matches in the Main Draw stage were lost in straight sets.
Kassidee Webb (Castroville/Medina Valley) fell 0-6, 3-6 in the consolation bracket to Schreiner while Lucero Alvarado (San Antonio/Southwest) fell 6-7, 6-4, 5-10 to McMurry.
The ITA Southwest Regional Championships continue through Sunday with the Bulldogs competing in singles and doubles competition. Live stats are available here.
