SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran Women's Basketball overcame a three-point deficit in the fourth quarter and grabbed a 76-66 conference home victory Saturday over Colorado College.
TLU improved to 6-5 overall and to 2-0 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Colorado College dropped to 4-6 overall and to 1-1 in the SCAC.
Tara Molina (San Antonio/Johnson) directed the Bulldogs' comeback. She dished out eight assists and scored a team-high 17 points. Molina also added five rebounds and a steal.

Abby Hroch (Port Lavaca/Calhoun) scored 16 and pulled down nine rebounds.
Anna Koenig (Fredericksburg/Fredericksburg) chipped in 11 points, four rebounds and six steals.
The Bulldogs hit six second-half three-pointers and shot 53.3 percent (8-for-15) in the fourth quarter.
TLU collected 13 offensive rebounds, took 13 more shots than the Tigers, and had a 20-10 edge in made free throws.
The Bulldogs dished out 14 assists on the 24 made field goals.ÂÂ
Colorado College had 22 assists on 23 made field goals, but the Tigers turned the ball over 27 times.
McKenzee Gertz led the Tigers with 21 points and 11 rebounds.
TLU continues SCAC play this Tuesday with a women's/men's doubleheader, starting at 5:30 with the women's game and ending with the 7:30 p.m. men's game.
