BELTON, Texas -- Texas Lutheran's six-game win streak came to a halt Tuesday night at Mary Hardin-Baylor's Red Murff Field with a 7-4 non-conference loss to the Crusaders.
TLU, ranked 23rd in the latest ABCA national poll for NCAA Division III, dropped to 14-8 overall.
UMHB improved to 8-10 with the home win.
Riley Schaefer drove in a pair of runs for TLU.

Eric Rabinowitz, and
Rayce Gatlin each scored runs for the Bulldogs.
TLU tied the game at 3-3 with two runs in the top of the fifth. UMHB answered with single runs in the fifth, sixth, seventh and eight.
The Bulldogs cut the lead to 6-4 in the eighth with an unearned run.
TLU returns to Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play this weekend in Seguin. The Bulldogs welcome Austin College to Katt-Isbel Field for a three-game series. The single game Friday is set for a 7 p.m. start. The doubleheader Saturday starts at 1 p.m.
