SEGUIN, Texas -- University of Texas at Dallas completed a three-game road sweep of the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs with 4-1 and 8-4 victories Saturday at Katt-Isbel Field.

UT Dallas slugger Barry Casey followed up his four-RBI performance from Friday's 11-7 victory with three RBI over the two games Saturday. In the late game, Casey went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBI.

TLU fell to 4-5 overall. UT Dallas improved to 6-1.

Ruben Renteria went six innings for the Comets in game one to improve to 1-0. Renteria allowed just one run and struck out three.

In game two, reliever Cole Hanson tossed five shutout innings and struck out four.

Cameron Wilson had the lone Bulldog RBI in game one, and Thomas Varner drove in a pair of runs in game two. Keaton Boysen had three hits in the late game.

The Bulldogs travel to Abilene, Texas for a three-game, non-conference series next Friday and Saturday with McMurry University.
