GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas -- Texas Lutheran scored seven runs in the sixth inning to break a 5-5 tie en route to posting a 13-9 non-conference win Saturday over Hendrix College (Ark.).

Matthew Lemon,
Thomas Varner,
Cameron Wilson and
Ben Marvin each registered RBI in the sixth. Wilson and Marvin hit back-to-back doubles to score the sixth and seventh runs of the inning.
Lemon, the left-fielder, went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and three RBI, and Wilson recorded two hits, two runs scored and an RBI.
Marvin also had two hits, and he added a run scored and an RBI.
Six different Bulldogs -
Riley Schaefer,
Colby Schrade,
Keaton Boysen, Lemon,
Sami Resendez, and Wilson - scored two runs in the game.
TLU took advantage of six Hendrix errors. Only five of TLU's 13 runs were earned.
Dylan Murrell (1-0) picked up the win in relief.
Dylan Drgac tossed the final 1-1/3 to notch his first save of the year.
