SAN ANTONIO, Texas-- Texas Lutheran Volleyball lost their first match in the Group A Divisional Friday against host and No. 3 Trinity. TLU lost in four sets 25-18, 25-16, 23-25, 25-19. 

TLU drops to 4-4 in conference, with an overall mark of 12-9.

Hannah Mikelonis led the squad in kills with 11. Bryten Mitchan and Cailey Young added six kills, respectively. 

Sara Haycraft registered four solo blocks. Haycraft, Mitchan, Savannah Kruse, and Kelsi Menn added six block assists for the Bulldogs.

Remy Corbin and Mathis Popelsky served one ace each in the match. 

Tournament play continues tomorrow for the Bulldogs with two matches against Schreiner University at 10:30 a.m. and No. 5 Southwestern at 3 p.m.
