Frick lands on D3baseball.com Team of the Week

D3baseball.com Team of the Week

SEGUIN â€" Texas Lutheran sophomore catcher Austin Frick was named to this week's D3baseball.com Team of the Week.
 
Frick (Katy, Texas) played in two of TLU's three road games against Schreiner over the weekend, helping the Bulldogs to a dominant sweep of the Mountaineers.
 
The sophomore finished those games 3-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored. He cranked out a double and a triple in those four at bats.
 
Frick flashed some pop in the first game of the series, going 2-for-2 with a double, a triple and two RBI. He finished the weekend with a 1.500 slugging percentage.
 
Frick is the third Bulldog to earn Team of the Week honors this season. Justin Law and Aaron Aleman have also landed on the team at different points this year.
