SAN ANTONIO -- Texas Lutheran cruised to a three-set, non-conference victory Friday against Rowan (N.J.).
TLU won 25-16, 25-14, 25-12 at the Trinity University Fall Classic. The Bulldogs improved to 11-3 overall. Rowan dropped to 7-9.

Kristin Fording led TLU with eight kills. She added 15 digs, two aces and a block.
Courtney Alexander and
Mackenzie Zamarrippa each contributed six kills.
Kaci Pecht and
Kelcie Ingram recorded 12 and 11 assists, respectively.
Megan Dugie recorded 20 digs.
Carlie Childres and Alexander each picked up a pair of blocks.
TLU returns to action in the Trinity Fall Classic with matches against Nebraska Wesleyan at 10 a.m. and Our Lady of the Lake at 12:15 p.m.
