Appeared in 12 games, starting in four of them...Posted a 6.59 ERA with a 2-2 record and 12 strikeouts over 28.2 innings of work...earned his first win of the season in a 13-3 blowout win over UT-Dallas (2/18), tossing five innings allowing two runs on five hits, striking out one...earned his second win of the seasonin relief against Trinity (3/24), tossing 3.2 innings allowing one run on five hits while fanning three.
2022 (Junior)
Appeared on the mound in eight games for the Bulldogs, including four starts....posted a 2-1 record with a 5.06 ERA and 27 strikeouts in 26.2 innings of work...earned his first win of the season in a 25-3 blowout win over Southwestern (3/26), tossing five innings allowing three runs on four hits while fanning six...earned his second win of the season in a 11-3 blowout win over Austin College (4/9), tossing 5.1 innings allowing three runs on five hits while fanning five.
2021 (Sophomore)
Taylor was a member of the 2021 SCAC Championship team that advanced to the NCAA Division III Baseball Wisconsin-Whitewater Regional. Named to the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll for the second time as a Bulldog. Had 12 total appearances and started nine games for the TLU pitching staff. His nine games started was tied for second on the team. Finished with a 1-1 record, 31.1 innings pitched, struck out 24 and walked 13 batters. Opposing hitters compiled a .290 batting average against in 124 at-bats.
2020 (Freshman)
Taylor was named to the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll his first year as a Bulldog. Tied for the second-most appearances on the TLU pitching staff. Had five total appearances and made one start in the shortened season. Finished the year with a 1-0 record, logged 5.2 innings, and had a 3.18 ERA. Struck out five and held opponents to a .273 batting average against.
