SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran baseball's highly anticipated Opening Day matchup against Mary Hardin-Baylor originally scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, at 3 and 5 PM CST at Katt-Isbel Field has been cancelled due to weather. The games have been rescheduled fro March 12 with first pitch scheduled for 3 PM for the 7/9-inning doubleheader.
Texas Lutheran, who is receiving votes in the initial D3baseball.com Top 25 Poll, will now open the 2025 season by jumping right into conference play with a series against Centenary in a rematch of the 2024 SCAC Championship series. First pitch against the Gents is scheduled for 6 PM on Friday, Feb. 14 in Shreveport. Texas Lutheran will now open their home slate against rival No. 17 Trinity on Friday, Feb. 21.
