COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Texas Lutheran Men's Soccer dropped a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference match 3-1 in a road contest Friday night with the Colorado College Tigers.

CC's Daniel Krueger scored three times against the Bulldogs as the Tigers improved to 5-1 overall and to 4-0 in the SCAC.

TLU dropped to 2-2 overall and to 1-1 in the SCAC.

Krueger scored in the 24th, 41st and 58th minutes.

TLU tied the match at 1-1 with a goal from freshman Nicolas Medina (Houston/St. Pius X). The goal for Medina was his third of the season.

TLU had 15 total shots and had seven shots on goal. CC had 14 shots and six shots on goal.

Medina had three total shots and two shots on goal.

Freshman forward Luis Green (Monterrey, Mexico/Smithson Valley) took eight shots and had three shots on goal.

The Bulldogs continue SCAC play in Colorado with a noon match Sunday in Denver against Johnson & Wales (Colo.).
