2021: Jared Esparza (Cibolo/Steele) is a senior midfielder for Texas Lutheran.

2020-21: Was named to the SCAC Second Team as a midfielder. Made a start in all nine games. Scored two goals and had two assits. Had one game-winning goal.

2019: Esparza logged 13 starts and played in 19 total games. Was fifth on the team with three goals scored and also had one assist.

2018. Made one start and played in 19 total games for the Bulldogs. Had his only assist in a 1-0, road victory over the University of Dallas.

At Steele High School, he was an Honorable-Mention selection for Coach Gilbert Villarreal.

Personal: His parents are Victor and Linda Esparza. Has one sister, Victoria. He is a psychology major and a business minor.
