SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran senior pitcher Dylan Drgac (Caldwell/Caldwell) tossed a complete game and struck out 11 Friday night as TLU secured a 5-2 victory over McMurry University at Katt-Isbel Field.

Drgac (4-1) allowed two runs in the sixth - one earned and one unearned. He scattered four hits and had no walks. 

TLU improved to 10-3 overall and McMurry dropped to 3-7 overall. 

The Bulldogs rallied for four runs in the bottom of the sixth. Keaton Boysen (Scottsdale, Ariz./Gateway CC) singled to left field with bases loaded to open scoring for TLU. Eric Rabinowitz (Schertz/Clemens) singled to right with the bases loaded to bring in the tying run. 

Spencer Brandt (Yoakum/Yoakum) grounded to shortstop for a double play, allowing Chad Curtis (Wolfforth/Midland JC) to score another run. An insurance run for the Bulldogs was scored off a throwing error.

Tyler Cauley (Baytown/Barbers Hill) plated one run and collected two hits for the Bulldogs. Rabinowitz had two hits and drove in one RBI for the Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs and War Hawks play a doubleheader, beginning at noon, at Katt-Isbel Field tomorrow.
