IRVING, Texas -- The Texas Lutheran Bulldogs out-shot the University of Dallas Crusaders 26-16, however, TLU came up without a goal and tied the Crusaders 0-0 after two overtimes.  

TLU moved to 6-5-2 overall and to 5-4-1 in conference. Dallas moved to 3-7-3 on the year and to 2-5-2 in conference play. 

In Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play, TLU led in shots with nine to UD's eight in the first half. The Crusaders' keeper Olivia Severson making five saves in the half, totaling 11 saves for the match. 

The Bulldogs came out strong in the second half, racking up 13 total shots in the half. Raquel Morris (San Antonio/Johnson) led the squad in shots with seven (three on goal). 

Bailey Nimtz (New Braunfels/Canyon) followed with two shots on goal out of her five total. Stephanie Barrientos (Mission/Sharyland Pioneer) made five saves in the full 110 minutes of play. 

The Bulldogs head to Mission, Texas for a 2 p.m. SCAC contest Sunday against Austin College. The match will be played at Mission ISD Cardinal Stadium.
