IRVING, Texas --
Siobhan Patterson and
Jaclyn Smolik each registered a goal and an assist as the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs collected a 2-0 conference road win Sunday at University of Dallas.
Patterson put the Bulldogs on the board first with a shot in the 39th minute. She scored with a double assist from Smolik and
Mikayla Wallace.
Smolik put home the clincher in the 80th minute with an assist from Patterson.
Erin Rose returned from injury to play all 90 minutes in goal for the Bulldogs. She posted the shutout by making three saves.
TLU put 10 shots on goal, and Olivia Severson made eight saves in goal for the Crusaders.
Overall shots between the two teams were even at 12.
TLU improved to 4-2-2 overall and to 2-1-1 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Dallas dropped to 2-7 overall and to 0-4 in the SCAC.
