SEGUIN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran Men's Soccer won its fifth match in six contests and captured its fourth consecutive victory with a 2-1 conference result Friday against Southwestern.

Victor Rodriguez made six saves as the Bulldogs improved to 7-11 overall and to 7-7 in league play.

Cameron Townes continued his goal-scoring spree with a goal in the 15th minute. Townes has scored four goals in TLU's last three matches. He has four goals on the year.

Guerra, a freshman from San Antonio (Brennan HS), and Townes, a freshman from Cypress (Cypress Ranch), each have four goals this season and lead the team in scoring.
