Andella Janicek enters her fourth year with TLU Athletics and her first as Associate Director of Athletics in 2026 after serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics Administration and Compliance Coordinator the previous three years.

On June 16, 2026, Janicek was promoted to Associate Director of Athletics and Compliance Coordinator - becoming the first Associate Director of Athletics in the history of TLU Athletics.

Janicek oversees and manages athletics budgets as well as assist in gameday administration. Janicek also serves as the Compliance Coordinator for TLU athletics in addition to her duties as the TLU Cheerleading coach.

Janicek joined the TLU Athletic Department after previously serving TLU as Director of Campus Activities & Student Engagement.

Andella has a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma.
