2020-21: Shannon Bowden (San Antonio/O'Connor) is a freshman cross country runner for Texas Lutheran.

At O'Connor High School, Bowden was a Regional Qualifier in cross country and was a part of a Distric Champion basketball team.

Personal: Her parents are Monica Burkholder and Eric Bowden...Her major is kinesiology and her minor is mathematics.
