Ran a season-best time of 41.42 seconds in the 4x100m relay at the Augustana Midwest Twilight Qualifier...won his heat to represent TLU in the 200m dash at the 2025 SCAC Championships.

Prior to TLU

Attended Weiss High School where he was a one-time State qualifier and a three-time Regional Qualifier...Academic All-District honoree.

Personal

Son of LaTonya McDow...also a member of the TLU Football team.
