2020-21: Mitchell Long (Round Rock/Round Rock) is a senior defender for Texas Lutheran.

2019: Long was named to the COSIDA Academic All-America Third Team... He was one-of-twelve student-athletes on the All-America Team to have a perfect 4.0 grade point average...Named to the SCAC Fall Academic Honor Roll for the third time as a Bulldog...Long made 15 starts and played in 16 total games for the Bulldogs his junior season...He also recorded three assists.

2018: Long was selected to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll for the second-straight year...Made nine starts and played in 19 total games.

2017: He was named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll as a freshman...Made one start for the Bulldogs in a 3-1 road victory at Centenary College and played in 11 total games.

Long played for Coach Ryan Brown at Round Rock High School where he was a First Team All-District selection in 2017.

Personal: His parents are Bill and Leslie Long...He is a kinesiology major and a business minor.
