2020-21: Abram Mendez (Cypress/Cy-Ranch) is a sophomore midfielder for Texas Lutheran.

2019: Mendez was named to the SCAC Fall Academic Honor Roll as a freshman for TLU...He started four matches and played in 17 total matches as a freshman midfielder for the Bulldogs.

At Cy-Ranch High School, he was a First Team All-District selection for coach Michael Garcia.

Personal: His parents are Kenneth and Mari Mendez...He is a kinesiology major and a business minor.
