SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- The Texas Lutheran women's golf team wrapped the 2026 Carla Spenkoch Invitational at Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio on Tuesday.

As a team, Texas Lutheran finished fifth combining for a score of 705 (+137) over 36 holes.

Junior Belle Asbury(San Antonio/Davenport) paced the Bulldogs on day two with an 79 (+8) in the final round Tuesday. Asbury finished the Classic in 20th place (+27). Abigail Cavazos (Harlingen/New Braunfels) and Jordyn Ponewash (Flatonia/Flatonia) signed for a final tally of 33-over to close the tournament in a tie for 22nd place.

Emily Chandler finished 27th with a score of 52-over while Mia Belz (Pleasanton/McMullen County) finished a stroke behind in 28th.

Texas Lutheran concludes their fall season in two weeks as they travel to Abilene Oct. 26-27 for the Abilene Intercollegiate Tournament.
