Brown Competes at NCAA Championships

GENEVA, OH – The Texas Lutheran men's track and field team opened competition at the 2025 NCAA Division-III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships on Friday in Geneva, Ohio.

Freshman Braylen Brown was the Bulldogs lone competitor on Friday as he ran in the 400m prelims Friday afternoon, entering competition ranked in a tie for 20th amongst declared competitors. Brown finished seventh in heat one and 16th overall with a time of 48.99 seconds, missing the qualifying mark for Saturday's championship race by 1.11 seconds.

Ezra Acero (San Antonio/Harlan) will represent the Bulldogs in the pole vault at noon EST on Saturday, entering the event ranked 10th amongst declared competitors.
