WACO, Texas -- Texas Lutheran women's tennis dropped their first match in nearly three weeks as the Bulldogs fell to LeTourneau, 6-1, Friday afternoon in Waco to fall to 0-5 on the season.
The match was a rematch of the previously suspended match that took place on February 14 in Longview.
Starting in a hole before doubles play even started due to losing a match by default, Texas Lutheran would lose the doubles point after dropping the #1 doubles match.
Kassidee Webb (Castroville/Medina Valley) would earn the Bulldogs lone point of the afternoon, rallying to win her singles match 1-6, 6-4, 12-0.
Up next, Texas Lutheran returns to Seguin for their first SCAC home match of the 2025 season against McMurry on Friday, March 28, followed by a non-conference match against Sul Ross State. First serve is set for 9 AM against the War Hawks and 2 PM against Lobos.
