SHERMAN, Texas -- Texas Lutheran Men's Soccer took Austin College into overtime, but a goal by Juan Ramirez 34 seconds into overtime gave the Roos a 2-1 win on Sunday afternoon. 

Ramirez's goal came off a double assist by Phillip Le and Ben Sloan and was played from the end line back to 6 yards with a straight shot to the back of the net.

TLU keeper Brendan Soto played the full 90:34 minutes and had four saves in the scoreless first half. 

Le opened up scoring in the 59th minute off a pass from Thomas Quick. This was Le's fifth goal of the season.

The Kangaroos' defense held the Bulldogs to only three shots on goal. Nathan Sevigny scored for TLU off a free kick passed across the box by Alejandro Martinez.

Conference play continues this Friday for the Bulldogs, as they host Trinity University at Gustafson Field. Kick off is set for 7 p.m. following the women's match.
