COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Top seed and No. 3/No. 4-ranked Trinity rolled past Texas Lutheran 5-0 Saturday in the semifinal round of the 2015 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Championship.
At Colorado College, the Tigers scored four goals in the first half and added a single goal in the second half.
Brent Mandelkorn started the scoring in the 15th minute. Emmanuel Raranje, Christian Sakshaug, Daniel Ruano and Ryan Hunter also put shots home for the Tigers, who improved to 18-2.
Trinity will play host Colorado College for the SCAC title on Sunday.
TLU's season comes to an end with an overall record of 10-8-1.
Trinity took 24 total shots and limited TLU to five shots.
Brendan Soto made five saves for TLU.
